Condesas y plebeyas: ADARE. Uno de los pueblos más bonitos de Irlanda. One of the prettiest villages in Ireland

El pasado 7 de julio visitamos ADARE.
Adare, es uno de los pueblos más bonitos de Irlanda. Situado en el condado de Limerick, está a tan sólo 15 minutos de la ciudad de Limerick.
En la calle principal de la villa, nos encontramos, preciosos edificios, monasterios, ruinas medievales, un bonito parque, y las famosas cottages, casas típicas irlandesas, construidas en el año 1820 por Lord Dunraven. La mayoría de estas pintorescas casas, son ahora, restaurantes, tiendas de ropa, recuerdos y artesanía.
Paseando por el pueblo nos topamos con coloridos edificios. Personalmente, creo que son preciosos y que alegran muchísimo la imagen de Adare.

Adare is one of the prettiest villages in Ireland. Located in the heart of County Limerick just 15 minutes south of Limerick City.
The main street is punctuated with beautiful buildings, medieval monasteries, ruins and a picturesque village park.
One of the biggest tourist attractions, are, the original thatched cottages which were built in the 1820’s by Lord Dunraven. Some of these cottages have changed use and are now restaurants, fashion boutiques and arts and crafts shops.
Walking around the village, we saw a lot of colorful buildings. I love them.
We finish our walk in the Agustinian Priory.
